How to Play TriPeaks Solitaire
TriPeaks (also called Tri Towers) is a fast-paced solitaire game where you clear three overlapping peaks by playing cards that are one rank higher or lower than the waste pile. Build long streaks for bonus points!
📋 Rules
Setup
28 cards are arranged in three overlapping peaks (4 rows). The bottom 10 cards are face-up; the rest are face-down. 24 cards go to the stock, with one starting card in the waste.
Playing Cards
Click any exposed card that is exactly one rank higher or lower than the top waste card. Suit does not matter. For example, a 7 can be played on a 6 or an 8.
Wrapping
Kings and Aces wrap around — you can play a King on an Ace and vice versa.
Streaks
Playing consecutive cards without drawing from stock builds a streak. Longer streaks earn more points per card!
Stock
Click the stock pile to draw a new card to the waste when no tableau cards can be played. This resets your streak.
🧠 Strategy Tips
- Plan sequences to maximize streak length. Look 2-3 cards ahead before playing.
- Prioritize clearing the peaks (top cards) since they block multiple cards below them.
- Choose wisely when multiple cards can be played — pick the one that opens up more plays.
- Save stock draws for when you truly have no moves. Each draw resets your streak bonus.
- Watch for ascending/descending runs in the tableau that you can chain together.
